岗位职责： BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards. Main Tasks Develop and maintain EOEG/MG analysis/quality procedure, manual and plan Responsible for EOEG/MG analysis/quality coordination Lab sampling management (storage, registration, reporting) Ensure the lab compliance with safety operation and 5S requirement Monitor the chemical reagents consumption in safe and reasonable storage range Lab equipment testing & calibration if need Support to establishing yearly/quarter/monthly test plan Summarize lab test items & equipment list Personnel training & management Assist superior on QA&QC documents yearly review Support ISO audit from third part. Support to establish new test methods or new projects in QC lab Support on method validation when new a test method is established Study and upgrade the test method and equipment automation/digitalization Continuous improvements on QC working efficiency Internal Responsible for checking new customer requirement & providing history data Provide data analysis for testing frequency review Attend customer visits and audits, experience exchange with customers on testing Provide support for QM in products complaints investigation & corrective actions Ensure regular analysis products trends and provide statistic results for management review 任职要求： Requirements Education Background: Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical industry or related Working Experience: Experience and familiar with typical QC lab equipment. Operation experience in chemical plant is preferred. Good command on reading English, good communication skills in mandarin. Good computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite. 关于巴斯夫湛江一体化基地（正在建设中）

巴斯夫正在广东省湛江市积极建设其新型一体化基地。该基地于2018年7月宣布筹建并于2019年11月正式启动，是巴斯夫迄今为止最大的海外投资项目，至2030年投资总额高达100亿欧元，由巴斯夫独立建设运营，建成后将成为巴斯夫在全球的第三大一体化生产基地，仅次于德国路德维希港和比利时安特卫普基地。

新一体化基地将包括一个可年产100万吨乙烯的蒸汽裂解装置以及多个面向消费市场的下游产品生产装置。通过采用尖端技术，全面落实智慧生产理念并遵循最高安全标准，该基地将成为智能化与可持续生产的典范。

巴斯夫湛江一体化基地将分期进行建设。首套装置已于2022年9月正式宣布投入运营。另一套生产热塑性聚氨酯（TPU）的装置将于2023年投入运营，从而满足华南地区及整个亚洲市场多个增长行业的客户需求。整个基地预计将于2030年建成。
