岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
Main Tasks
- Ensure all activities regarding incoming & outgoing goods comply with warehouse management procedure and EHS requirement, which include receive, unload, check in quantities and conformity to specification against both delivery note and PO, visual and quality inspection, log and mark items received, document collection, access goods control, first-in and first-out etc
- Execute reunion process for refurbished spare parts and useful leftover materials either transferred from projects or MOC.
- Maintain and equipment infrastructure to accomplish the warehousing and receiving assignments in a safe, effective manner. Provide appropriate equipment and racking to ensure the safe transport and storage of all materials.
- Make storage rules and method regarding material characteristics and EHS rules to ensure all stocks in good condition and an easy retrievability
- Carry out stocktaking on a monthly basis to find out deviation and cause in time and perform annual physical inventory count taken lead by finance department to ensure finance compliance.

Requirements
- Bachler degree or equal, in Mechanical, E&I or supply chain management.
- 8+ years warehousing working experience in chemical plant. Class A warehouse will be shared.
- Rich knowledge about warehouse management in chemical, petrochemical, or refinery industry.
- Good command in computer skill.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication, High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Knowledge of maintenance spare parts is a plus.
- Familiar with WMS experience, SAP IM/WM is a plus.
- Certificate of forklift, VNA experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin, good written and basic oral English.
