一、Job Responsibility 岗位职责 1.Assist in establishing and improving the HSE management system, organize or participate in the formulation of safety production regulations, operation procedures, and emergency response plans for production safety accidents in the Company. 协助建立健全HSE管理体系,组织或者参与拟订公司安全生产规章制度、操作规程和生产安全事故应急救援预案。 2.Participate in improving the company's safety culture construction, inspect the safety production status of the company, timely identify potential safety hazards in production, and propose suggestions for improving safety production management. 参与改善公司的安全文化建设,检查公司的安全生产状况，及时排查生产安全事故隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议。 3.Responsible for emergency and fire management, organizing or participating in emergency rescue drills of the company; responsible for managing the security team; check the emergency and fire safety status of the Company. 负责应急和消防管理, 组织或者参与公司应急救援演练；负责管理保安队伍；检查公司的应急，消防状况。 4.Organize and implement HSE improvement activities. Organize the identification and assessment of hazards and supervise the implementation of safety management measures for major hazards in the Company; organize or participate in the company's safety production education and training, and truthfully record the situation of safety production education and training. 组织实施HSE改善的活动。组织开展危险源辨识和评估，督促落实公司重大危险源的安全管理措施；组织或参与公司安全生产教育和培训，如实记录安全生产教育和培训情况。 5.Conduct other work or task assigned by the Company. 执行公司交办的其他工作或任务。 二、Education 教育背景 1. College degree or above, major in chemical. 大专或以上学历，化工相关专业。 三、Experience 工作经验 1 Working experience in petrochemical or chemical industry area on HSE management position experience for 3 years. 3年以上石化或化工行业HSE管理岗位工作经验。 2 Over 5 years Chemical operation experience is preferred. 5 年以上化工操作经验者优先。 四、Qualification & Skill 能力素质及技能 1.Registered Safety Engineer . 注册安全工程师。 2.Good communication skills. 良好的沟通能力。 3. Familiar with office software, office automation equipment. 熟悉办公软件、办公自动化设备。 |
