Key Role and Responsibilities Manage the products portfolio, including coordination with different suppliers. Protect IP (Intellectual property) of all the products, under product line. Troubleshooting the product related issues. Support and Advocate company ESG initiatives Develop new products (Inhouse and bought-in), in line with expectations from sales and different segments and write PIS (Product Information Sheet) Work with Prod development department, Lab and technical service team to screen and validate new concepts and products. Work with supplier/PD team to improve, improvise existing products. Coordinate new product trials at customer sites, in consultation with Sales and technical marketing team. Approval authority for all QC related issues with products. Communicate Product and Application knowledge to Technical Marketing team, sales and customers. Product Launches, along with technical marketing team. Develop test protocol for customer site, for sales team to provide better technical services on site. Analytical work: Evaluate the field trial along with technical marketing and use those success/failure to enhance product line Travel requirement to customer site. Prepare internal report and materials to update management about the progress in product lines. Requirements: Bachelor or College degree in science, chemistry or technical specialty. Product Management, Business Development /Product Development in Chemical Industry and/or process Industry. >15 year of Industry experience (Product Management, Application support, technical marketing) Good proficiency in spoken and written Chinese. English is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills. Self-motivated, independent, result oriented. Able to work flexible hours and frequent travel is required.
